AND TRADES QUALIFICATION PREMIUMS. 22.01 Employees working the evening shift shall be paid a shift differential of ninety-five cents (95¢) per hour for the entire shift worked. The evening shift differential shall be increased effective April 1, 2017 to one dollar and five cents ($1.05) and effective March 1, 2019 to one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20). Employees working the night shift shall be paid a shift differential of one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour for the entire shift worked. The night shift differential shall be increased effective April 1, 2015 to two dollars ($2.00).
