Vendor Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications
Vendor Qualifications. Contractor agrees to comply with respect to qualifications of employees regarding rights and responsibilities of the State Use Law Commission and/or Commission for the Purchase of Goods and Services of the Blind and Other Severely Handicapped Individuals, reference Article VI: In keeping with the spirit and purpose of the State Use Law Agencies requesting “set-aside” of a product or service must guarantee that disabled persons will perform 75% of all direct labor.
A. An agency proposing a set-aside may present a “phase-in” plan so as to accomplish this requirement. Starting at no less than 50% an agency needs to bring percentage of disabled direct labor to 75% as soon as possible, but not to exceed eighteen (18) months. Should it be found that the requesting agency is not in compliance within this period, the agreement may be withdrawn from the agency.
Vendor Qualifications. Before any bid can be accepted, a bidder must be deemed qualified, in the judgment of IU13, to perform as required herein. A bid may be rejected if a bidder fails to meet any one of the following qualifications: Product Line It must be clearly evident to IU13 that a bidder is capable of prompt delivery of all items on the list to be awarded to the bidder. Bidders Evidence of Responsibility A bidder may be required to furnish evidence in writing that the bidder (a) maintains a permanent place of business, (b) has adequate equipment, finances and personnel to furnish satisfactory and expeditiously the items bid, and (c) is an authorized dealer which is authorized to provide all necessary services and warranties for the items bid. Facilities and Equipment Bidders must have adequate warehouses for supplying contract products. Conditions for storing chilled and frozen products must be applied, as recommended and as may be amended by the Refrigeration Research Foundation. Delivery temperatures of frozen and chilled food shall be in accordance with the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDOS) Code as recommended by the United States Food and Drug Administration. CAFCO participants and the IU13 shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all processes and controls in accordance with, and as required by, current Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations. Sanitation Requirements CAFCO participants and IU13 may, but shall not be obligated to, inspect bidder facilities prior to bid award, and the awarded vendor’s facilities on a routine basis. Facilities and operating practices must be in compliance with the United States Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as may be amended, and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Vendor Qualifications. The Vendor's ability to maintain its contract with the City will be contingent upon Vendors maintaining its "Premier" Business Partner Status each year and receiving a satisfactory score on the City's annual vendor satisfaction report process. This process will be a satisfaction survey of City departments that have purchased equipment during January to December of each year. The survey will include, but not limited to, meeting agreed to delivery deadlines and problem resolution. Vendor must provide a copy of the letter of certification from IBM during February of each year during the life of the contract with the City. If Vendor loses its premier status from IBM, Vendor must advise the City’s Contracting Services Buyer within three (3) days of notification by IBM. Vendor must have a local representative and/or an office within 65 miles of the legal City limits of the City of Seattle. The local representative and/or office must have a legal address with telephone, FAX and mail access for the customers of the City of Seattle to contact during the term of this contract. If the local representative and/or office address changes, then the Vendor must notify the City of Seattle by mail, within 30 days of moving to the new address. The new address must be within the 65 mile limit. The City deems important that the vendor representative be easily accessible and readily available, occasionally at a moment’s notice, for meetings, on-site visits for pre-installation planning, and resolving service issues as appropriate.
Vendor Qualifications. Any individual firm submitting a proposal must be able to provide evidence that the individual or firm and its personnel carrying out the responsibilities have expertise and experiences in all areas identified in the Services Required section of this RFP.

Vendor Qualifications of this Section for minimum experience required of any vendor proposing to submit a proposal for this project. Individual vendors (as prime Contractors) and vendors using subcontractors who do not meet specified criteria may be disqualified. Contractor will be fully responsible for the acts and omissions of all subcontractors, even if the Consortium has consented to such subcontractor.
Vendor Qualifications. The Evaluation Committee may make such investigations as necessary to determine the ability of the vendor to adhere to the requirements specified within the RFB. The Evaluation Committee will reject the bid of any vendor who is not a responsible bidder or fails to submit a responsive offer as defined.
Vendor Qualifications. Vendor represents it has the qualifications, skills and, if applicable, the certification and licenses necessary to perform the Services in a competent, and professional manner, without the advice or direction of School. Upon School’s request, Vendor shall provide copies of certification or licensure. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Vendor shall render all Services hereunder in accordance with this Agreement and Exhibit A, Vendor’s independent and professional judgment and in compliance with all applicable laws and with the generally accepted practices and principles of Vendor’s trade. Vendor is customarily engaged in the independently established trade, occupation, or business of the same nature as the Services performed.
