Personnel Qualifications. Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.
Personnel Qualifications. Xxxxxxx agrees to maintain the organizational and administrative capacity and capabilities to carry out all duties and responsibilities under the Contract. Grantee Agents assigned to perform the duties and responsibilities under the Contract must be and remain properly trained and qualified for the functions they are to perform. Notwithstanding the transfer or turnover of personnel, Xxxxxxx remains obligated to perform all duties and responsibilities under the Contract without degradation and in strict accordance with the terms of the Contract.
Personnel Qualifications. 3.4.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for employing personnel having at least the minimum level of education and training, experience, technical expertise, and security clearance as stated under each labor category, herein referred to as LCAT, specified herein. All personnel shall have the required security clearance identified in the table in SOW/PWS Paragraph 3.2.2.3.
Personnel Qualifications. The Government anticipates that performance under this contract will require the labor categories and qualifications specified in Attachment 6. It is the contractor’s responsibility to propose and employ contractor personnel with the correct labor types, skillsets, mix and hours to perform all individual task orders satisfactorily and professionally.

Personnel Qualifications. Consultant shall provide City with temporary personnel meeting the Minimum Qualifications and, to the extent reasonably feasible, the Desired Qualifications set forth in this section.
Personnel Qualifications. MPL may utilize its own employees, the services of Third Party contractors or Affiliates of MPC to provide the Management Services. MPL will use commercially reasonable efforts to establish and confirm that any such personnel are qualified to perform the Management Services in accordance with MPL’s ordinary standards applicable to similar services utilized in the management of its own operations.
Personnel Qualifications. 5.1 The qualifications of site personnel shall be as listed below for those categories that are included in the CLIN structure. The Contractor shall submit a Personnel Qualifications Certification Letter and maintain personnel résumés in accordance with EM 200-1-15. Also, the Contractor shall certify in writing to the KO that all personnel with access to Contractor acquired explosives are in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 842. The Contractor shall not employ current Federal employees, military or civilian, in performance of any work under the contract without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. Site personnel shall be required to update yearly their training and document the training received.
Personnel Qualifications. The Consultant shall utilize only competent personnel, qualified by experience, and education. The Consultant shall submit in writing to the Construction Project Manager the names of personnel proposed for assignment to the Project, including a detailed resume for each containing at a minimum salary, education, and experience. A request for approval shall be submitted to the Construction Project Manager at least two weeks prior to the date an individual is to report to work. Before the project begins, all project staff shall have a working knowledge of the current FDOT Construction Project Administration Manual (CPAM) and must possess all the necessary certifications for obtaining the duties of the position they hold. The Consultant Project Manager shall assure that the City of Miami’s current practices, policies, and procedures are met throughout the course of the project. Cross training of the Consultant’s project staff is highly recommended to ensure a knowledgeable and versatile project inspection team and should occur as workload permits. Minimum qualifications for the Consultant personnel are set forth as follows. Exceptions to these minimum qualifications will be considered on an individual basis. The Construction Program Manager or designee will have the final approval authority.
Personnel Qualifications. The following describes the minimum personnel qualifications that are required for persons performing the Functions and Duties delegated in the table of section A, above. If a qualification is listed in the table of section A, that duty may be performed by a person with that qualification. If multiple qualifications are listed, a person who meets any of those qualifications may perform the duty. Minimum qualifications must be met by all staff. Existing staff who do not meet the minimum qualifications as of the date of execution of this Agreement may receive an exception by their manager for up to two years. LA are encouraged to build technical competency within programs. Technical competency improves the protection of human health and the environment. Building technical competency often means hiring staff that have more formal education. Staff personnel should be supervised by a person with training and experience in the functions and duties being conducted. Staff personnel should also ensure issues are addressed by those with knowledge and training in the task to be performed. If there are engineering issues that require a professional engineer’s review, staff must obtain that review.
