ANDA Specifications. Xxxx shall comply with the specifications set forth in the ANDA, the applicable law, and any written specifications provided by Corium, concerning the packaging, labeling, storage, handling, and transportation of the Products. Neither Xxxx nor any employee or person acting on behalf of Xxxx shall make any modification to the Products, Product packaging or labeling of the Products as delivered by Corium.
