The Recipient must submit any Material containing the required acknowledgment specified in clause 34 to the Department 10 Business Days prior to publication or announcement of the event. If the Department requires amendments to a proposed form of words of a publication, announcement or any Material, the Recipient must make the required amendment before allowing the words to be published or announced.
