Following the announcement meeting(s) a two (2) week period will be allowed for staff to come together to problem solve and work out the process by which to implement the change. Any staff interested will be released to participate. A unanimous vote by unit staff is required for resolution and implementation of the change. In the case a change team is needed, a staff meeting will be called to describe the work of the previous two (2) weeks. The change team participants will be selected immediately after this meeting.
