Announcements or releases. The Grantee may not make press or other announcements or releases Agreement without the prior written approval of the State as to the form and manner of the announcement or release unless and to the extent that the announcement or release is required to be made by the Grantee by law.

Announcements or releases. A party may not make press or other announcements or releases relating to this agreement and the matters referred to in this agreement containing information which is not already in the public domain without the prior approval of the other parties to the form and manner of the announcement or release. To the extent that the announcement or release is required to be made by the party by law or by a stock exchange, the disclosing party will advise the other parties as to the content of any such announcement or release in sufficient time (to the extent practicable) to give the other parties opportunity to object to or injunct such proposed announcement or release.
Announcements or releases. (a) A party may not make press or other announcements or releases relating to this Agreement and the matters referred to in this Agreement without the prior approval of the other parties to the form and manner of the announcement or release, unless and to the extent that disclosure is required to be made by a party by law, by a Government Agency or by the rules of a recognised securities exchange. (b) To the extent that the announcement or release is required to be made by the party by law, by a Government Agency or by the rules of a recognised securities exchange, the disclosing party must, as far as reasonably possible, provide the other parties with a reasonable opportunity to make comment on, and require changes to, the form and content of any such announcement or release before the announcement or release is published.
Announcements or releases. Without limiting the operation of the rest of this clause 11 (“Confidentiality”), a party may not make press or other announcements or releases relating to this agreement and the transactions the subject of this agreement without the approval of the other party as to the form and manner of the announcement or release unless and to the extent that the announcement or release is required to be made by the party by law or by a stock exchange.
Announcements or releases. (a) The Contractor may not make press or other announcements or releases relating to this Master Contract or a Work Order Contract and the transactions the subject of this Master Contract and a Work Order Contract without the approval of Sydney Water as to the form and manner of the announcement or release unless and to the extent that the announcement or release is required to be made by the Contractor by law or by a stock exchange. (b) The Contractor acknowledges that the Contractor and its employees are not authorised to respond to media enquiries relating to this Master Contract or the Work Order Contract or any matters connected to them. If the Contractor is approached by the media the Contractor must take the reporter’s contact details, explain that Sydney Water’s media team will phone them back, and call Sydney Water immediately.

  • Public Statements or Releases Neither the Company nor any Purchaser shall make any public announcement with respect to the existence or terms of this Agreement or the transactions provided for herein without the prior approval of the other parties, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.   • Press Release and Announcements No press release related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, or other announcements to the employees, customers or suppliers of Seller, shall be issued without the joint approval of Purchasers and Seller.
