Annual Accounting of Reserve. Not less than once per year, Developer, at its expense, shall submit to Agency an accounting for the Capital Replacement Reserve set forth in the Annual Financial Statement, demonstrating compliance with this Section 1211. 1212. Operating Budget. Developer shall submit to Agency on not less than an annual basis the Operating Budget for the Project that sets forth the projected Operating Expenses for the upcoming year. Agency shall not unreasonably withhold, condition, or delay Agency’s approval of the annual Operating Budget, or any amendments thereto.

  • Annual Accounting Period The annual accounting period of the Company shall be its taxable year. The Company’s taxable year shall be selected by the Member, subject to the requirements and limitations of the Code.

  • Fiscal Year; Accounting The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December.

  • Compensation and FUND ACCOUNTING Expenses FUND ACCOUNTING shall be paid as compensation for its services pursuant to this Agreement such compensation as may from time to time be agreed upon in writing by the two parties. FUND ACCOUNTING shall be entitled, if agreed to by the Fund on behalf of the Portfolio, to recover its reasonable telephone, courier or delivery service, and all other reasonable out-of-pocket, expenses as incurred, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and reasonable fees for pricing services.

  • Fiscal Year and Accounting Method The fiscal year of the Company shall be as designated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall also determine the accounting method to be used by the Company.

  • Distribution of Financial Contribution The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.
