Common use of Annual Administrative Fee Clause in Contracts

Annual Administrative Fee. The Borrowers agree to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, an annual administrative fee in an amount equal to $35,000 per annum from and including the Closing Date to and including the later of (i) the Maturity Date and (ii) the date on which all of the Obligations have been satisfied in full. Such administrative fee shall be payable yearly in advance, commencing on April 11, 2001.

Annual Administrative Fee.
