Achieve a percentage of pupils in Charter School scoring proficient or advanced on a school-developed and district-approved mathematics classroom assessment based on standards that is the same as, or higher than, the percentage of pupils scoring proficient or advanced in corresponding grades (five-year-old kindergarten, grade one, and grade two) in all MPS schools as recorded on SPS; and

Achieve a percentage of pupils in Charter School scoring proficient or advanced on the Wisconsin State Assessment System tests (WSAS tests) in social studies that is the same as, or higher than, the percentage of pupils scoring proficient or advanced in corresponding grades in all MPS schools; and 5. Using a DPI formula for comparison, Charter School shall achieve a high school graduation rate that is the same as, or higher than, the high school graduation rate in all MPS high schools; and 6. Achieve a percentage of pupils in Charter School scoring on target or above on the District’s early literacy and/or reading assessment that is the same as, or higher than, the percentage of pupils scoring on target or above in corresponding grades (five-year old kindergarten, grade one and grade two in all MPS schools as recorded on the district data dashboard; and 7. Achieve a percentage of pupils in Charter School scoring proficient or advanced on a school-develope...
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. CHARTER shall pay for any costs which in its discretion are deemed necessary, and which comply with external source funding requirements, to operate CHARTER and its educational programs from the revenue it receives pursuant to Article 4. Except as provided herein, or as required by law, the District shall not incur or pay any expense or enter in- to any agreement that relates to providing services to students who attend CHARTER or to the operation and maintenance of CHARTER. CHARTER shall be primarily responsible for communicating with the State Department of Education on matters involving CHARTER. Where the District is obligated to make reports to the State Department of Education on behalf of CHARTER, the District shall notify CHARTER of its reports prior to sending them to the State Department of Education.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES a. The Charter School shall set the hours of service for each SRO per location listed in Exhibit “A” to comply with the ACT. b. The Charter School shall, to the extent possible, provide the SROs: i. Access to an air-conditioned and properly lighted private office, which office shall contain a telephone to be used for general purposes. ii. A location for files and records, which can be properly locked and secured. iii. A desk with drawers, a chair, worktable, filing cabinet, and office supplies. iv. Access to a computer/printer and internet service. c. The Charter School shall have the right to remove an SRO, and Sheriff shall provide a replacement in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement. d. The Charter School shall remit monthly payments to BOCC for the costs associated with this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of the BOCC invoice. e. In compliance with Section 1006.13

CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. Charter School shall comply with the responsibilities set forth in EXHIBIT “B,” which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. CHARTER may employ an outside agency or vendor to submit monthly retirement reporting information. CHARTER also agrees to immediately notify VCOE of any changes in outside agency or vendor. B. CHARTER is solely responsible for the accuracy of its data, and agrees to provide all required retirement information necessary for completing and implementing regular reporting and processing of CalSTRS and CalPERS retirement information via a secure transmission method and by deadlines, both established by VCOE. Failure by CHARTER to submit required information via a secure method and by established deadlines may result in retirement information not being processed until the next report cycle following the late submission, which may result in CalSTRS and CalPERS penalties and interest charges. C. CHARTER hereby accepts and shall assume sole financial responsibility for all CalSTRS and CalPERS penalties and interest resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late reports and/or inadequate or late deposits. This includes any and all aggregate penalties and interest assessed against all districts and charters resulting from the delay caused by CHARTER. D. CHARTER shall remit the employee and employer contributions required for each CalSTRS and CalPERS report to VCOE, and within the timelines stated on VCOE retirement remittance schedules. E. CHARTER understands that its failure to submit payment by established deadlines may result in payroll information not being processed until the next report cycle following each late submission, which may result in CalSTRS and CalPERS penalties and interest charges. F. CHARTER shall be responsible to their employees for any and all information, activities, rules, laws and regulations related to CalSTRS and CalPERS. G. CHARTER shall designate one of its employees, or its outside agency, or its vendor to serve as the contact person between CHARTER and VCOE for matters related to the regular reporting and processing of CalSTRS and CalPERS retirement information. H. CHARTER shall attend all trainings relative to CalSTRS and CalPERS, and provide data in conformance with all codes and regulations in laws governing CalSTRS and CalPERS. Data submitted by CHARTER shall be in the format required by VCOE.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The Charter School shall agree to participate in the GoCPS Application process and to not enroll applicants outside of the GoCPS Application. B. The Charter School that enrolls elementary and middle school students shall agree to educate their 8th grade students about the GoCPS Application process. C. The Charter School shall agree to comply with the CPS enrollment and transfer processes as documented in the Board’s Policy on Enrollment and Transfer of Students in the Chicago Public Schools adopted April 26, 2017 (17-0426-PO1), as may be amended, and the Board’s Admissions Policy for Magnet, Selective Enrollment and Other Options for Knowledge Schools and Programs adopted April 26, 2017 (17-0426-PO2), as may be amended. D. The Charter School shall agree to work with the Board to provide the necessary information and resources to the Board to continue to make GoCPS Application a success. E. The Charter School shall have an Overbooking Number as determined in collaboration with OAE on an annual basis as a part of the seat inventory process. The Charter School shall not be permitted to include Overbooking prior to the start of each Application Period as established by OAE. F. The Charter School shall agree to update its school’s profile on the XXX.xxx website on a regular basis. G. The Charter School shall agree to work with the CPS Application Data Specialists to ensure that all required school or campus level information is provided to the Board according to the annual published timeline as determined by the Board.
