CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The name of the person who is seeking to establish Charter School. In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 118.40(2m) and Administrative Policy 9.12 and Administrative Procedure 9.12, the Board is entering into this Contract on its own initiative to establish an MPS Charter School, having considered the proposal submitted by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The name of the person who is seeking to establish Charter School. In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 118.40(1m), more than 50% of the teachers employed at Professional Learning Institute filed a petition with the Board on October 30, 2003 to establish Charter School.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. CHARTER shall pay for any costs which in its discretion are deemed necessary, and which comply with external source funding requirements, to operate CHARTER and its educational programs from the revenue it receives pursuant to Article 4. Except as provided herein, or as required by law, the District shall not incur or pay any expense or enter in- to any agreement that relates to providing services to students who attend CHARTER or to the operation and maintenance of CHARTER. CHARTER shall be primarily responsible for communicating with the State Department of Education on matters involving CHARTER. Where the District is obligated to make reports to the State Department of Education on behalf of CHARTER, the District shall notify CHARTER of its reports prior to sending them to the State Department of Education.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES a. The Charter School shall set the hours of service for each SRO per location listed in Exhibit “A” to comply with the ACT.

CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The name of the person who is seeking to establish Charter School. In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 118.40(1m), Santa Xxxxxxxxx and more than 50% of the teachers employed at Honey Creek Continuous Progress School filed a petition/proposal with the Board on May 28, 2004 to establish Charter School.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. Charter School shall comply with the responsibilities set forth in EXHIBIT “B,” which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. CHARTER may employ an outside agency or vendor to submit monthly retirement reporting information. CHARTER also agrees to immediately notify VCOE of any changes in outside agency or vendor.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Charter School agrees to hire the following numbers of Teachers from the Teach For America program (the “Agreed Number”):

Charter School agrees to hire the following numbers of Teachers from the Teach For America program (the “Agreed Number”): (i.) 0-4 Teachers for academic school years 2022-2023 and (ii.) 0-4 Teachers for academic school years 2023-2024 and (iii.) 0-4 Teachers for academic school years 2024-2025 (iv.) In the event that Teach For America supplies the Charter School with any Teachers above the Agreed Number, Charter School agrees to pay the fee for each additional Teacher.
