Common use of Annual Bonus Clause in Contracts

Annual Bonus. An annual cash bonus equal to at least the average of the bonuses paid to the Executive in the three years prior to the Change in Control. The bonus shall be payable at the time and in the manner which the Company paid such bonuses prior to the Change in Control.
