Annual Certification and Reports. The Company shall certify in writing annually to the City that Company is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, and shall provide the City with reports and records reasonably necessary to demonstrate fulfillment of the performance criteria set forth in Article IV for each year of the agreement, as follows:
