Annual Certification of Residency. During the Affordability Period, the Affordable Unit Owner shall submit to the Agency annually on the anniversary of the closing date for a For Sale Affordable Unit, a Certification of Residency. The Certification of Residency shall be submitted on or with such form as may be prescribed by Agency.

In accordance with the IZ Implementation Regulations, the Inclusionary Unit Owner shall submit to the District Agency annually on the anniversary of the closing date for a For Sale Inclusionary Unit, a certification that it continues to occupy the For Sale Inclusionary Unit as its principal residence. The certification shall be submitted on or with such form as may be prescribed by District Agency.
