Common use of Annual Compliance Checklist Clause in Contracts

Annual Compliance Checklist. Attached as Exhibit E hereto is a form of Annual Compliance Checklist for the Certificates. The Bond Compliance Officer will prepare and complete an Annual Compliance Checklist for the Financed Facility at least annually in accordance with the Tax Compliance Procedure. In the event the Annual Compliance Checklist identifies a deficiency in compliance with the requirements of this Tax Agreement, the Bond Compliance Officer will take the actions identified in an Opinion of Special Tax Counsel or Section 4.4 of the Tax Compliance Procedure to correct any deficiency.

The Corporation Bond Compliance Officer will prepare and complete an Annual Compliance Checklist for the Financed Facility at least annually in accordance with the Tax Compliance Procedure. In the event the Annual Compliance Checklist identifies a deficiency in compliance with the requirements of this Tax Agreement, the Corporation Bond Compliance Officer will consult with the Bond Compliance Officer and in conjunction with the Bond Compliance Officer will take the actions identified in an Opinion of Special Tax Bond Counsel or Section 4.4 of the Tax Compliance Procedure to correct any deficiency.
