Annual Compliance Checklist. Attached as Exhibit E is a sample Annual Compliance Checklist for the Certificates. The Bond Compliance Officer will prepare and complete an Annual Compliance Checklist for the Project at least annually in accordance with the Tax Compliance Procedure.
