Annual Contract Renewals. This Agreement may only continue in effect for a period of more than two years from the date of its execution, if such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the Board of the Fund. As such, the Sub-Adviser agrees to cooperate fully with GEAM and the Trust to provide the Board with any and all relevant information that will enable the Board to make an informed determination as to whether to renew the Agreement for the ensuing year.
