Annual Delivery Schedules. No later than forty-five (45) days before (A) the first day of the first Contract Year of the Delivery Term and (B) the beginning of each calendar year for every subsequent Contract Year during the Delivery Term, Seller shall provide a non-binding forecast of each month’s average-day expected Delivered Energy, by hour, for the following calendar year. Monthly Delivery Schedules. Ten (10) Business Days before the beginning of each month during the Delivery Term, Seller shall provide a non-binding forecast of each day’s average expected Delivered Energy, by hour, for the following month (“Monthly Delivery Forecast”).

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements.
