VENDOR MANAGEMENT FEE Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 1.5 percent on the purchase price for all Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax).
Annual Membership Fee You agree to pay in advance a nonrefundable annual membership fee shown on page 1, whether or not you use your Card or Credit Card account. The fee will be charged on a periodic statement shortly after you open your Credit Card account and after that in the same month every year. We reserve the right to waive all or a portion of the annual fee.
Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.
