ANNUAL INCOME CERTIFICATION REQUIRED. Prior to occupancy, and upon request on an annual basis, you must submit a statement regarding your income and the income of all other persons occupying your apartment (or intending to occupy the apartment unit as the case may be) and any other information and/or documentation necessary to verify the information contained in that statement.
