ISO 9001 Certification. The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable
ISO 9001 Certification. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. An ISO 9001 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have ISO 9001 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their ISO 9001 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an ISO 9001 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is ISO 9001, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
ISO 9001 Certification. Except as set forth in Section 4.13 of the Disclosure Letter, the Company's manufacturing facilities used in connection with its businesses are ISO 9001 certified and comply in all material respects with all requirements for such ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 Certification. Supplier must have a total quality system in place that meets ISO 9001 certification requirements.
ISO 9001 Certification. 6.1.1 Avanex represents and warrants that it shall seek to obtain by September 31, 2000, and in any event no later than December 31, 2000, ISO 9001 certification or any applicable improvement to that standard. Avanex undertakes to maintain ISO 9001 certification in effect throughout the Term including in respect of Avanex's quality control systems, and Avanex's continued failure to maintain ISO 9001 certification for a period of forty-five (45) calendar dates from the loss of such certification, shall constitute a material breach by Avanex of its obligations hereunder.
6.1.2 In the event Avanex receives any notice of non-conformance to ISO from the ISO registrars, Avanex shall immediately advise Nortel Networks and forthwith provide Nortel Networks with (i) the list and details of the non-conformance and (ii) the detailed plan submitted to the ISO registrars including timelines and goals to achieve compliance with ISO 9001.
ISO 9001 Certification. 6.1.1 Supplier represents and warrants that on the Effective Date, its Product and component manufacturers and suppliers have received ISO 9002 certification. Supplier undertakes to ensure that such parties maintain ISO 9002 certification in effect throughout the Term including in respect of such parties quality control systems and Supplier's failure to ensure that such parties maintain ISO 9002 certification shall constitute a material breach by Supplier of its obligations hereunder.
6.1.2 In the event any of Supplier's Product and component manufacturers and suppliers receive any notice of non-conformance to ISO from the ISO registrars, Supplier shall immediately advise Nortel Networks and forthwith provide Nortel Networks with (i) the list and details of the non-conformance and (ii) the detailed plan submitted to the ISO registrars by such party including timelines and goals to achieve compliance with ISO 9002.
6.1.3 By March 15, 2000, Supplier shall submit to Nortel Networks sufficient documentation for Nortel Networks to review Supplier's internal quality control systems, and the parties shall work together to effect such changes thereto as Nortel Networks may reasonably request.
ISO 9001 Certification. ACLARA, and all manufacturing facilities involved in the production of the Product, agree to be ISO certified on the effective date, or, if not, to actively pursue such certification during the term of this Agreement. Until such time ISO certification is obtained, ACLARA will make available all quality test procedures to Roche, in order for Roche to meet current corporate ISO standards.
ISO 9001 Certification. Imagyn represents and warrants that Imagyn's facilities used in connection with the Business are ISO 9001 certified and comply with all requirements for such ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 Certification. TCS represents and warrants that TCS shall perform the Services in such a manner so as to ensure that Nielsen, at all times during the Term, maintain or exceed the level of ISO 9001 certification as applicable to the Services prior to the Transition.
ISO 9001 Certification. XYZ, and all manufacturing facilities involved in the production of the Product, agree to be ISO certified on the effective date, or, if not, to actively pursue such certification during the term of this Agreement. Until such time ISO certification is obtained, XYZ will make available all quality test procedures to YYY, in order for YYY to meet current corporate ISO standards.
