Annual Landscape Management Report. During the first Annual Period the Operating Company shall review the previous operating companies versions of the documents listed in (a) to (d) above and no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the first Annual Period the Operating Company shall provide a brief report of their review, together with an outline plan detailing, as a minimum, the structure, intended content, format and anticipated challenges for the delivery of their versions of the documents.
