Common use of Annual Maintenance Fee Clause in Contracts

Annual Maintenance Fee. Beginning on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Original Agreement Effective Date, Company shall pay the amount of [***] Dollars ($[***]) as an annual maintenance fee (the “Annual Maintenance Fee”) to Hospital within [***] days after each anniversary of the Original Agreement Effective Date. The Annual Maintenance Fee shall be non-refundable and non-creditable against royalties. Except as provided for in Section 4.3(e) below, the Annual Maintenance Fee shall be non-refundable.
