Annual Physical Audit. In addition to Customer’s annual GMP audit, Customer will be entitled to perform an annual physical audit of Customer-supplied Composition at a date and time to be agreed upon by both Parties. If the scope of the audit warrants (e.g., significant number of materials, number of personnel in attendance, BVL’s involvement, etc.) a quotation will be provided to Customer.
