Physical Exams. The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

The Employer agrees to provide physical exams without cost to employees when such tests are necessary to determine whether the health of employees is being adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents or toxic materials. The Employer agrees to provide to each employee and his/her personal physician a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of any industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee’s occupational exposure shall also be provided upon request of the employee or the Union. All physical examinations required by the Federal Aviation Administration for pilots shall be paid for by the State.
Physical Exams. A. The COUNTY will pay for the physical exams required by law if the employee gets his exam from the physician chosen by the COUNTY. However, if the exam is done by a physician of the employee’s choice, the COUNTY will reimburse the employee for the standard amount paid by the COUNTY and the employee shall pay the balance.
B. Physical exams shall be taken in accordance with law and shall be scheduled by the employee within 30 days before or after the employee’s birthday.
C. The COUNTY shall provide, at no cost to all employees in the bargaining unit, testing for hepatitis (B strain), and vaccines for tuberculosis and tetanus. The COUNTY shall also provide at the time of the physical exam, at no cost to the employee, an aids test if such test is requested by the employee.
Physical Exams. The employer agrees to reimburse bargaining unit members for work required medical tests and examinations which are not covered by that member’s insurance.
Physical Exams. Payment for any required pre-employment medical examination, service, or certification shall be negotiated between the Union and District.

Physical Exams. When employees are required as a condition of continuing employment to have medical examinations, the cost of such examinations shall be borne by the District. If employees request to use a doctor of their choice rather than one designated by the District, they shall be reimbursed in an amount equal to the rates established by the District's designated doctor. The District may designate the doctor when the medical examination is for job performance reasons.
Physical Exams. The County will pay for all required job-related physical examinations, including drug screenings when required and not otherwise covered by insurance.
