Common use of Annual Projected Assignment Clause in Contracts

Annual Projected Assignment. Employees on the Part-Time Employee List will receive notice in writing of the projected instructional load that is anticipated to be assigned to them for each academic year. Such a projection, however, is not a guarantee of employment or assignment. The parties acknowledge that the projected assignment may be changed based on the needs of the college and full-time staff needs. The college will make a good-faith effort to provide such notice to employees by the end of spring term of each year.
