Tuition Waivers. Employee and dependent tuition waivers will be administered in accordance with Board of Regents policies as provided in the policies as of November 15, 2010.
Tuition Waivers. In support of on-going professional and education development, tuition waivers will be provided to full-time faculty and faculty who work 50% or more on a "space available" basis for a registration fee according to RCW 28B.15.558 as now or hereafter amended.
Tuition Waivers. All employees, their spouses and dependents (as defined in the Income Tax Act Regulations) shall be entitled to a reduction of fifty percent (50%) in tuition for credit and non-credit courses offered by the College.

The University’s Tuition remission benefits for adjunct faculty members and part time instructors as reflected at the University’s Human Resources Website are attached hereto as Addendum D and shall remain in effect except as provided herein. Should the University alter the Tuition remission benefits for full-time faculty (attached as Addendum E), the University shall have the option to reopen negotiations with the Union on this topic only. Should the parties be unable to reach an agreement, they shall submit their dispute to binding Interest Arbitration before Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Esq. The parties shall share the arbitrator’s fees and expenses. If Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Esq. is unavailable to serve, the parties shall select an arbitrator through the services of the AAA utilizing the list-only procedure. Among other criteria, the University may offer proof concerning similarly situated adjunct faculty members and the Union may offer the overall compensation of similarly situated adjunct faculty members.
Tuition Waivers. 25.01 Permanent employees and their dependents accepted in and registered for courses given by the University are exempt from the tuition fees for credit courses at the Undergraduate or Graduate rate established for Canadian and other Students with Permanent Residence (Landed Immigrant) status. For permanent part-time employees, the exemption is prorated to the number of hours worked.
Tuition Waivers a. The College shall waive tuition for an employee, spouse, registered same-sex domestic partner, dependent child, or other dependent living in the same household while an employee is actively working or on the Part-Time Employee List as follows: Steps 1-4: 4 credit hours per term while employed Steps 5-7: 6 credit hours per term while employed
Tuition Waivers. Retirees (who had been regularly employed 25 hours or more per week) may receive tuition waivers for up to six (6) credit hours of their choice during an academic year.
Tuition Waivers. 30.3.1 Annual and Daily employees employed at least halftime (20 hours per week), after completion of their probationary period, may enroll in a Renton Technical College class without paying tuition. The tuition waiver will be based on a space available basis. Not all classes offered by the College are eligible for fee waiver. To receive approval, the employee requests the training through their supervisor. Final approval is determined by the Vice President of Administration and Finance.
Tuition Waivers. All full-time employees of the College may attend credit classes at the College, which are offered at hours outside of their assigned responsibilities, without the payment of fees, since in-service training and growth is of benefit to the College. In addition, the spouse and dependent children residing with the full-time employee shall also be eligible for a similar tuition waiver. Tuition waivers for employees are limited to eight (8) credit hours in the Fall and Winter Sessions and four (4) credit hours in the Spring and Summer Sessions. Full-time tuition waivers for spouses and dependent children are allowed. Children of a deceased bargaining unit member shall be extended the above benefits until such child reaches the age of 25. The spouse, if any (as of the date of death), of a deceased bargaining unit member shall remain eligible for the tuition waiver provided for above for a period of six (6) years following the date of death. When the time periods specified above have been reached, the child and/or spouse shall receive a tuition waiver for those courses which have actually been met, but shall not receive a tuition waiver for those course sections for which the spouse/child has merely registered.
Tuition Waivers. Employees shall be eligible for tuition waivers in accordance with the provisions of 110 ILCS 305/7(f), as such provisions may be amended from time to time.
