Annual Report for Decisions on Tenure and Promotion. 6.7.1 An annual report which summarizes the activities of the Senate Tenure and Promotion Committee shall be prepared by the Chair and distributed to all Faculty Association members by June 30. The report shall include in each of the promotion and tenure categories, the following statistics: (a) The number of members recommended by their Division, Faculty or School Promotion and Tenure Committee; (b) The number of members not recommended by their Division, Faculty or School Promotion and Tenure Committee; (c) The number of recommendations in (a), which were overruled by the Senate Tenure and Promotion Committee; (d) The number of recommendations in (b), which were overruled by The Senate Tenure and Promotion Committee.
