Annual Report of Deployments. At each anniversary date and ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this ELA, City shall upon written request from Distributor, provide a written report, as set forth in Appendix C, to Distributor detailing all Deployments made. The report shall be subject to audit by an authorized representative of Distributor or Esri. Any audit shall be done during regular hours and with minimal interference to City.
