Common use of Annual Rewards Clause in Contracts

Annual Rewards. For Customers Signing Annual MOU: An annual MOU customer (who has signed the MOU quantity for the whole year), on fulfilling the qualifying criteria as per xx.xx. 4[I](A) shall be paid Annual Reward at the rate applicable on the signed quantity for the actual quantity lifted as per % indicated under column 7 of xx.xx. 4(III)-C below, multiplied by the weighted average Price (Price as defined at xx.xx. 6) in favour of respective customers during the year.
