Common use of Annual Safety Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Safety Report. 18.5.1 The Operator shall submit to the Authority before the [31st (thirty first)] May of each Accounting Year, an annual report in [10 (ten)] copies containing, without limitation, a detailed listing and analysis of all accidents occurring on account of the Buses or in the Maintenance Depots during the preceding Accounting Year and the measures taken by the Operator for averting or minimizing such accidents in future (“Annual Safety Report”).
