Annual Updating of Exhibits and Schedules. The Parties agree to review and update the Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement at least once a year during the Term to accurately reflect the implementation of Changes agreed by the Parties and Changes permitted or required by this Agreement. The preceding sentence is not intended, nor is it authorization, to expand the scope of the Services except as provided pursuant to Section 3.16 (New Services). If the Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are not otherwise updated during any Contract Year, the Parties will review and update them during the first month after the end of such Contract Year.
