Annual Work Program. The Borrower, through the STA, shall: (i) prepare and submit for the Bank’s comments and approval, not later than September 30 of each Fiscal Year, a draft annual work program for the following Fiscal Year including, inter alia, a detailed description of planned activities for procurement of goods and technical services and selection and employment of consultants’ services and sources and uses of funds; and (ii) adopt and carry out the annual work program in the form and substance approved by the Bank.
Annual Work Program. (a) The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to Association for its approval, not later than March 31 of each year during the implementation of the Project, or such later date as the Association may agree, the annual work plans and budgets containing all proposed Sub-projects to be carried out in the following Fiscal Year, modified in a manner satisfactory to the Association, taking into account the Association’s comments and views on the matter.
(b) The Recipient shall cause each participating Woreda and Kebele to implement, monitor and evaluate its respective Sub-projects in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and in more detail in the Project Implementation Manual, and shall not make or allow to be made any material change to any Sub-project included in the approved annual work plans and budgets without consultation with the Association.
Annual Work Program. Once the Committee is established, at the end of each financial year the Committee will develop and agree on a work program which sets out the activities, consistent with the functions of the Committee, to be carried out in the next financial year.
Annual Work Program. The Recipient shall furnish to the Trustee, for its review and comment, each annual work program prepared by PC for the Program, prior to such work program being presented to MB for its approval.
Annual Work Program. The Borrower, through INSD, shall: (i) prepare and submit for the Association’s comments and approval, not later than October 1 of each Fiscal Year, a draft annual work program for the following Fiscal Year including, inter alia, a detailed description of planned activities for procurement of works, goods and technical services and selection and employment of consultants’ services and sources and uses of funds; and (ii) adopt and carry out the annual work program in the form and substance approved by the Association.
Annual Work Program. On or before the 15th of September of each year, the Operator shall deliver to the Board of Directors a proposed Work Program and Budget detailing the Joint Operations to be performed under the License and the Exploration Contract for the following Year. On or before the 30th of September of each year, the Board of Directors shall meet to consider and to endeavor to agree on a Work Program and Budget.
Annual Work Program. The Borrower, through the SCSU, shall: (i) prepare and submit for the Bank’s comments and approval, not later than October 1 of each Fiscal Year, a draft annual work program for the following Fiscal Year including, inter alia, a detailed description of planned activities for procurement of goods and technical services and selection and employment of consultants’ services and sources and uses of funds; and (ii) adopt and carry out the annual work program in the form and substance approved by the Bank.
Annual Work Program. 1. The Recipient shall, not later than November 15 in each calendar year during Project implementation, prepare and furnish to the Association, a program of Project activities proposed for implementation in the following calendar year, including: (a) a detailed timetable for the sequencing and implementation of said activities; and (b) the types of expenditures required for such activities, a proposed financing plan and a budget (“Annual Work Program”).
2. The Recipient shall afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Recipient on such proposed annual work plan and budget and thereafter ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with such annual work plan and budget as shall have been approved by the Association.
3. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the Annual Work Program (provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between the Annual Work Program and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail).
Annual Work Program. The Borrower, through the PA, shall cause MOH to: (i) prepare and furnish to the Administrator, not later than January 31 of every year until completion of the Project, commencing January 31, 1998, a report setting out the annual work program for MOH with respect to Parts B.1, B.2 and C of the Project; (ii) exchange views with the Administrator with regard to such report; and (iii) carry out the said program taking into account the Administrator’s comments thereon. The provisions of this Annex shall apply for the purposes of paragraph B (c) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
1. A Mortgage Financing Agreement may be entered into with a banking or financial institution which the SMF has determined:
(a) that the majority of the outstanding voting stock or other proprietary interest of which is owned or controlled by an entity or entities other than the Borrower, the PA or any entity owned or controlled by the Borrower, the PA or any of their agencies;
(b) is in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to its operations, including all applicable company, banking and financial laws, capital adequacy requirements and monetary regulations;
(c) has had its financial statements, for its fiscal year preceding the year within which its respective Mortgage Financing Agreement shall be entered into, audited by independent auditors with the report thereof unqualified;
(d) has a sound financial structure and satisfactory financial performance, and the organization, management, staff and other resources required for the efficient carrying out of its operations; and
(e) has adequate technical and administrative capacity, and satisfactory operating policies and procedures, for appraisal and monitoring of Mortgage Sub-Projects and for carrying out the activities that it shall undertake under the Project.
2. A Mortgage Financing Agreement shall contain provisions pursuant to which each Participating Bank shall:
(a) carry out its operations in accordance with the relevant provisions of all company, banking and financial laws applicable in Gaza and/or the West Bank, as the case may be;
(b) conduct its operations and affairs in accordance with sound financial principles and practices and in accordance with its constitutional instruments and statement of policy, if applicable;
(c) maintain a financial and operating policy acceptable to the SMF and the Administrator and an adequate number of suitably qualified staff to enable it to effectively appraise the fi...
Annual Work Program. The Authority shall conduct public hearing(s) each year to consider applications for assistance from Community Planning and Development funded programs. Based upon such applications, and other relevant master plans, the Authority shall present a recommendation for the use of the City’s annual and 5-year allocation of federal CPDFs. The City shall consider the Authority’s recommended budget and public comment and make a final determination of the use of the funds. The Authority shall submit the application to the HUD office and, upon final award, manage the completion of the activities contained in the approved grant program in a timely manner and in conformance with federal regulations and fund drawdown deadlines;
