Monitoring and Assessment. Monitoring and Assessment. 26.1 The Joint Committee will be responsible for monitoring and assessing in terms of its:
26.1.1 general strategic performance as measured by a range of indicators as the Partner Authorities may agree from time to time including but not limited to, financial performance, income, national indicators, customer satisfaction levels, funding leverage and key achievements;
26.1.2 performance in carrying out this Agreement; and
26.1.3 progress in fulfilling the Annual Business Plan.
26.2 The Joint Committee will receive presentations and progress reports on key issues and notable projects from the Unit Manager.
26.3 The Joint Committee will issue an Annual Report of its activities, finances and performance to the Partner Authorities and other appropriate parties. The Joint Committee may decide to publish the report.
Monitoring and Assessment. The monitoring of LA&RAP implementation is an integral part of the Contract monitoring and management system. In consequence, the monitoring process will use tools applied in monitoring the implementation of the Contract, which is aimed at reporting to sponsoring undertakings and delivering current information about any issues, contingencies and irregularities. The LA&RAP is an integral part of the investment process, which allows for an immediate reaction in the event of problems or irregularities. It is also fundamentally important to ensure appropriate cooperation between the Consultant, PIU and PCU. The information flow within the monitoring is presented in the following diagram. Monitoring and Assessment. 1. The Parties shall conduct monitoring in accordance with the coordinated programmes in order to obtain regular information on the condition of water resources in the Zapadnaya Dvina/Daugava River Basin and to forecast its possible changes. The monitoring data shall be freely accessible to the Parties, which exchange them following the agreed procedures.
2. The Parties shall conduct, jointly or in coordination with each other, a regular assessment of the condition of water resources, as well as of the effectiveness of measures taken for the prevention, control and reduction of transboundary impact. Results of such assessments shall be made available to the public.

a) Performance against the agreed work programme
b) Performance against budget
c) Performance against any relevant National or Local Performance Indicators.

5.5.2 It will also receive presentations and progress reports on key issues and notable projects.
Monitoring and Assessment. 2.6.1 Conduct monitoring of constituent removal of treatment BMPs in accordance with the MP. Grantee may continue to monitor previously installed (Phase I) treatment BMPs pursuant to previously approved PAEP, MP, and QAPP.
2.6.2 Conduct monitoring of discharge flow for reference area and estimate flow reduction for sample porous pavement plots in accordance with the MP. Grantee may continue to monitor previously installed (Phase I) porous pavement plots pursuant to previously approved PAEP, MP, and QAPP.
2.6.3 Submit treatment BMP monitoring results and porous paving monitoring results to Grant Manager for review/approval.

Monitoring and Assessment. (a) SIIDCUL, shall set up a program monitoring mechanism from SIIDCUL, Industry and the Concessionaire to periodically monitor the project deliverables, including research outputs.
(b) The expert committee would be chaired by a representative, not below the rank of Regional Manager, from the SIIDCUL
(c) Since the outputs in terms of availability of Truck Terminal facility, regular repair and maintenance activities, smooth flow of traffic and decongestion are the prime deliverables of the entire project, the expert committee would evaluate the efforts and outputs of these activities by the concessionaire.
(d) The expert committee shall submit its report to SIIDCUL regarding the achievement of projects deliverables - low, moderate, satisfactory, excellent etc with specific recommendation(s) on continuance/discontinuance/restructuring of the project. The findings of the expert committee would be considered to be final and binding.
(e) If the project deliverables are found to be moderate or low, the expert committee would direct SIIDCUL to plan corrective action(s) with the concessionaire and implement the same to achieve desired outputs within sixty (60) days.
(f) The expert committee shall evaluate project deliverables on a three monthly basis based on visit to the facility, review of auditors’ reports, reports provided by concessionaire, information received from general public including project stakeholders etc. SIIDCUL shall facilitate the expert committee in information gathering, conducting facility visit, meetings, interviews etc.
