Anti-Corruption Guidelines. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
Anti-Corruption Guidelines. The Borrower shall exercise its rights under the Subsidiary Finance Agreements in such manner as to protect the interests of the Borrower and the Bank and to accomplish the purposes of the Loan. Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Subsidiary Finance Agreements or any of its provisions without prior approval of the Bank.

(b) Except as provided in paragraph (a) of Section I.E of this Schedule, the Recipient, through PSIPMU, shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the 2016 Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
