Company’s written anti- harassment and anti-discrimination practices for its business operations and work environment in Austin are attached as Exhibit “C”. Company shall re- certify annually during the term of this Agreement that it has complied with these practices and will continue to adhere to them. Evidence of noncompliance may be grounds for terminating the Agreement.
