NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. (a) There shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, coercion, harassment, intimidation or any disciplinary action exercised or practiced with respect to an employee by reason of age, race, creed, color, national origin, religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, marital status, family status, mental or physical disability, conviction for which a pardon has been granted or membership or activity in the Professional Institute.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. (The following provisions will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provisions related to No Discrimination or Harassment that existed in the Hospital's expiring collective agreement:)
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. 3.01 The Hospital and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction or coercion exercised or practiced by any of their representatives with respect to any employee because of his membership or non-membership in the Union or activity or lack of activity on behalf of the Union or by reason of exercising his rights under the Collective Agreement.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. The parties agree that a safe workplace, free of violence and harassment, is a fundamental principle of a healthy workplace. Commitment to a healthy workplace requires a high degree of cooperation between members of the healthcare community. Employees are empowered to report incidents of disruptive behaviour or domestic violence without fear of retaliation. The parties are committed to a harassment and violence free workplace and recognize the importance of addressing discrimination and harassment issues in a timely and effective manner.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. 5.01 There shall be no discrimination or harassment against any employee based on any of the grounds covered by the Ontario Human Rights Code.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. 6.01 The City and Local 79, their respective servants and agents agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, harassment, restriction or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any employee in the matter of wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, layoff, discipline, discharge or otherwise by reason of race, creed, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, record of offences, political or religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status, disability nor by reason of membership in a labour union, and the City agrees that it will not, either directly or through any person acting on its behalf, discriminate against any person in its employ because of such person being an officer, xxxxxxx, committee member or member at large of Local 79.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. 10.01 The Parties agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practiced toward any Teaching Faculty Member in respect to their employment by reason of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, record of offences, marital status, family status, or disability as these terms are defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code. The Parties further agree that there shall be no discrimination interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practiced toward any Teaching Faculty Member in respect to their employment by reason of their membership or activity or non-activity in the Association, or any activity pursuant to the principles of academic freedom set out in Article 14.

NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. 6.01 There shall be no discrimination, restriction or coercion or harassment exercised or practised by either party in respect of any Employee by reason of age, race, colour, creed, ancestry, place of origin, source of income, political or religious belief, gender, sexual orientation, family status, marital status, physical disability, mental disability nor by reason of membership or non-membership or activity in the Union nor in respect of an Employee’s or Employer’s exercising any right conferred under this Agreement or any law of Canada or Alberta.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT. 2.01 There shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by or on behalf of the Company regarding any employee because of membership in the Union. The Union, its members and/or agents shall not intimidate or coerce or attempt to intimidate any employee of the Company and shall not on Company time or premises conduct unknown activities except as herein expressly provided.
