Anticipated Delivery Date. Lessor and Lessee (a) anticipate that the Aircraft will be available for delivery to Lessee on or about the Anticipated Delivery Date and (b) shall act in good faith at all times in an attempt to effect Delivery on or about the Anticipated Delivery Date.
Anticipated Delivery Date. The day following the date on which this Lease has been fully executed and a copy received by both Landlord and Tenant.

The Anticipated Delivery Date for Suite 200 is an estimated date based on the scheduled date of natural expiration of the Existing Subleases. Sub-Sublandlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver possession of Suite 200 to Sub-Subtenant on January 1, 2022, including, without limitation, promptly commencing and prosecuting an unlawful detainer proceeding against the Existing Subtenants. 2.2.3. Intentionally deleted.
Anticipated Delivery Date. 2 of the Sub-Sublease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with “Intentionally deleted.”
Anticipated Delivery Date. August 1, 2019. The actual Delivery Date shall be the date defined as such in Article 3 hereof and the Lease Commencement Date shall be the date defined as such in Section 2.A. hereof.
Anticipated Delivery Date. The Anticipated Delivery Date for the Expansion Premises is September 1, 2005, subject to the terms of Paragraph 6(a) hereof.
