Anticipated Delivery Date. Lessor and Lessee (a) anticipate that the Aircraft will be available for delivery to Lessee on or about the Anticipated Delivery Date and (b) shall act in good faith at all times in an attempt to effect Delivery on or about the Anticipated Delivery Date.
Anticipated Delivery Date. The Anticipated Delivery Date for the Expansion Premises is September 1, 2005, subject to the terms of Paragraph 6(a) hereof.

Sub-Subtenant acknowledges that Suite 200 is currently occupied by other subtenants (the “Existing Subtenants”) pursuant to the sublease agreements listed on Exhibit A-2 (each, an “Existing Sublease”). The Anticipated Delivery Date for Suite 200 is an estimated date based on the scheduled date of natural expiration of the Existing Subleases. Sub-Sublandlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver possession of Suite 200 to Sub-Subtenant on January 1, 2022, including, without limitation, promptly commencing and prosecuting an unlawful detainer proceeding against the Existing Subtenants. 2.2.3. Intentionally deleted.
Anticipated Delivery Date. Section 2.2.2 of the Sub-Sublease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with “Intentionally deleted.”
Anticipated Delivery Date. 4.1. The solution should be delivered within one month of the contract award date. Suppliers should submit a timetable demonstrating how they will achieve this delivery date as part of their bid response.
Anticipated Delivery Date. 47.1 As soon as possible following award of contract.
Anticipated Delivery Date. One (1) business day after full execution and delivery of this Lease by both parties for the Fourth Floor Premises, and on March 22, 2012 for the Third Floor Premises.
