Unlawful detainer definition

Unlawful detainer means unlawfully remaining in possession of property after receiving a notice to quit, served as required by this chapter, and failing to comply with that notice.

  • Illegal Activity means the wilful possession of an illegal drug, dangerous object, or stolen item.

  • Victim of sexual assault means an individual against whom a sexual offense has been committed as described in ORS 163.467 or 163.525; or any other individual designated as a victim of sexual assault by rule adopted under ORS 659A.805.
