Anticipation of Delivery Schedule. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Seller shall not make material commitments or production arrangements in excess of the amount or in advance of the time necessary to meet firm delivery schedules and those planned schedules that are within lead time. Unless specifically agreed to, in writing, Seller shall not deliver goods prior to the Buyer’s requirement date.

Anticipation of Delivery Schedule. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Seller shall not make material commitments or production arrangements in excess of the amount or in advance of the time necessary to meet Purchaser’s requirements.
Anticipation of Delivery Schedule. Any material arriving more than five days prior to the delivery schedule may be returned at the Seller’s expense. When a release is required prior to shipment, the Seller must obtain the release from the Purchaser prior to shipment.
