Common use of Anticipatory Demolition Clause in Contracts

Anticipatory Demolition. NRCS Louisiana will not provide technical or financial assistance to Cooperators who intentionally destroy, remove, or adversely affect historic properties within a conservation planning area in an effort to circumvent compliance with Section 106 of the NRHP as clearly stated in H 190 Part 601.27.A(2). If these actions do occur, NRCS Louisiana will ensure that Federal assistance is not used to cause or further an adverse impact to a cultural resource. Under these circumstances, NRCS Louisiana will follow its Procedures for the Withdrawal of Assistance found in GM 420 Part 401.23 and H 190 Part 601.27
