Antitrust Laws; Similar Laws. Any waiting periods under the HSR Act with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or other applicable waiting periods (or any extension thereof) and approvals under the Antitrust Laws listed on Section 6.1(b) of the Seller Disclosure Letter required to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby (collectively, the “Required Regulatory Approvals”) shall have expired (or early termination shall have been granted), been terminated, or been obtained.
