Antitrust Practices and Guidelines. (a) The Company shall retain respected, regular outside antitrust and competition counsel (“Antitrust Counsel”) to advise the Company and the Company Subsidiaries as necessary with respect to antitrust and competition law considerations with respect to the business and operations thereof, including as set forth in Exhibit D.
