Work Practices. Where the Employer provides overtime, a minimum of one hour shall be provided which shall be worked. When on Employee and the Employer mutually agree, less than an hour overtime may be worked, which shall then be paid pro rata for overtime worked. Overtime shall be offered on a fair and equitable basis with an agreed roster being observed at the Refinery.
Work Practices. Employees must be willing and able to comply with the following work practices.
Work Practices. 32-1 Education support personnel covered by this Agreement and the Association agree not to use any District equipment during working hours that will benefit the Employee personally or in any way benefit the Association.
32-2 Subject to the provisions of the negotiated agreement, no association business or activities shall be conducted during the education support Employee's working hours.
32-3 Parties agree that no education support Employee shall perform work of a personal nature for any administrator or for himself/herself during the Employee's working hours.
32-4 Parties agree that abuses by education support Employees of these prohibitive practices for personal gain and benefit may be grounds for disciplinary action.
32-5 No education support Employee, during the normal duty hours, will perform any work for other officially recognized bargaining agents or bargaining units or other Employee associations or groups.
32-6 The School District agrees to work with the Association in providing for compliance with NRS 391.273.
32-7 It is the School District's intention that work rules, policies, and procedures are to be interpreted and applied uniformly to all Employees under similar circumstances.
Work Practices. NCG shall work the Property in a miner-like fashion.
Work Practices. Follows instructions and safety rules; organizes and plans effectively; uses time and resources effectively.
Work Practices. In the interests of safety and productivity the following work practices shall be observed on Xxxxxx Bros projects. Above all, every employee covered by this Agreement will be productive and there will be no scope for any non-productive employees on Xxxxxx Bros projects.
Work Practices. Seller Representatives shall not work more than 12 consecutive hours and there shall be a minimum of 10 hours between shifts. In addition, Seller Representatives shall not work more than six consecutive days, and/or 80 hours. The Elk Ridge OATR may periodically audit Seller Representatives time cards to ensure this rule is being adhered to.
