Common use of Antivirus Plus Clause in Contracts

Antivirus Plus. If included in the Quotation and subject to Exhibit 26 Additional Terms and Conditions for Patient Monitoring Antivirus Management With Services With Software Evolution Services, Philips Antivirus Management services protects selected Philips medical products with a Philips validated antivirus solution to detect and respond to the occurrence of a cybersecurity event. The Philips Security Operation Center will monitor all Customer endpoints protected with this service. In case of virus detection, Philips will provide incident response and remediation actions in order to expedite the restoration of any capabilities or services that were impaired due to the cybersecurity incident.
