Common use of Any notice to a Party Clause in Contracts

Any notice to a Party. 27.4.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to its chosen address for service shall be deemed to have been received on the 7th (seventh) business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);

Any notice to a Party. 27.4.112.5.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed addresses envelope to it at an address chosen as its chosen address for service domicillia citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 7th (seventh) 10th business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);; or
