API Limitation Sample Clauses

API Limitation. Xxxxxx sets and enforces limits on Customer use of the Xxxxxx API (e.g. the limiting of the number of API requests that Customer is allowed to make, or the number of Business User/Candidate that Customer may serve), in Xxxxxx’x sole discretion. Customer agrees to, and will not attempt to circumvent, such limitations are documented with the Xxxxxx API. If Customer would like to use the Xxxxxx API beyond these limits, Customer must obtain Xxxxxx'x explicit consent from Xxxxxx (and Xxxxxx may decline such request or condition acceptance on Customer agreement to additional terms and/or charges for that use). To seek such approval, contact the relevant Xxxxxx API team for information.
