Common use of Apparent Authority Clause in Contracts

Apparent Authority. No purchaser, seller, transfer agent or other Person dealing with the Trustees or any officer, employee or agent of the Trust shall be bound to make any inquiry concerning the validity of any transaction purporting to be made by the Trustees or by such officer, employee or agent or make inquiry concerning or be liable for the application of money or property paid, transferred or delivered to or on the order of the Trustees or of such officer, employee or agent.

Apparent Authority. No purchaser, sellerlender, transfer agent or other Person dealing with the Trustees or any officer, employee or agent of the Trust shall be bound to make any inquiry concerning the validity of any transaction purporting to be made by the Trustees or by such officer, employee or agent or make inquiry concerning or be liable for the application of money or property paid, transferred loaned or delivered to or on the order of the Trustees or of such officer, employee or agent.

No purchaser, sellerlender, transfer agent registrar or other Person person dealing with the Trustees Trustee or any director, officer, employee or agent of the Trust Fund or of the Trustee, manager or investment adviser shall be bound to make any inquiry enquiry concerning the validity of any transaction purporting to be made by the Trustees Trustee, manager and investment adviser or by such director, officer, employee or agent or make inquiry concerning or be liable for the application of money or property paid, transferred loaned or delivered to or on the order of the Trustees Trustee, manager or investment adviser or of such director, officer, employee or agent.

No purchaser, sellerlender, transfer agent, registrar, warrant agent, dividend distributing agent or other Person person dealing with the Trustees or Advisor or any officer, employee or agent of the Trust Fund shall be bound to make any inquiry concerning the validity of any transaction purporting to be made by the Trustees or Advisor or by such officer, employee or agent or make inquiry concerning or be liable for the application of money or property paid, transferred loaned or delivered to or on the order of the Trustees or of Advisor, or such officer, employee or agent.
