Unit Plans. Attached hereto at Tab 2 is a complete and correct copy of the Unit Plans for the Unit Improvement to be constructed on the Unit Premises, and initialed to show Agent's and Owner's approval.
Unit Plans. Each nursing unit will maintain a written plan designed to provide meal and rest periods in accordance with Section 8.5. Plans will be modified by consensus of the manager and a majority of the staff nurses on each unit. The Medical Center will schedule sufficient staff to implement each unit’s plan. The Medical Center will provide copies of unit plans to the Association.
Unit Plans. Each nursing unit will maintain a written plan designed 15 to provide meal and rest periods in accordance with Section 8.5. This plan will 16 be a component of the unit staffing plan. Based on the unit’s written plan the 17 Medical Center shall provide an appropriate skilled nurse to relieve other 18 scheduled nurses for their meal and rest breaks. Plans will be modified by the 19 Unit Based Practice Council (UBPC) and ratified by consensus of the manager 20 and a majority of the staff nurses on each unit. If consensus is not reached, the 21 plan(s) will be referred to the staffing committee as a designated hot spot. These 22 plans may include the use of short shift positions as referenced in Paragraph 2.A 23 of Appendix F, and/or positions with alternative start times, to facilitate meal and 24 rest periods. The Medical Center will make a reasonable effort not to regularly 25 assign Charge Nurses or facilitators a primary patient assignment, unless 26 otherwise agreed to, so that they may assist in meal and rest period coverage; 27 provided that this provision will not interfere with the staffing needs of smaller 28 nursing units as determined at the unit level. The Medical Center will schedule 29 sufficient staff to implement each unit’s plan. The Medical Center will provide 30 copies of unit plans to the Association.
Unit Plans. Subject to any required regulatory approvals, the Trustee may, in its discretion and at any time and from time to time, establish and implement unitholder rights plans, distribution reinvestment plans, restricted unit plans, Trust Unit purchase plans, and incentive option and other compensation plans.

Unit Plans. If the Unit Deed refers to any plan necessary to be recorded therewith the Seller shall deliver such Plan(s) with the Deed in a form adequate for recording or registration.
Unit Plans. A Unit Plan is a term outline to prepare users (teachers and students) for each lesson throughout the term. Each term, a Unit Plan will be provided as a guide for the order and delivery of training and assessment (including a link to resources). Each Unit Plan is positioned at the beginning of each term’s assessment and contains an 'Export PDF' feature which allows teachers to download and print a copy if required.
