Appearance at Hearings. Upon request of the District, the Construction Manager must, without additional compensation, attend and participate in public hearings or other meetings related to the Project or necessary to the performance of the CM Services. However, if the District requests that the Construction Manager attend and participate in any such hearing or meeting relating to the Project, and the hearing or meeting will occur more than ninety days after Final Completion of the Project, the attendance and participation by the Construction Manager shall be considered to be Additional CM Services and shall be subject to Sections 1.2 and 7.5 herein.
