Administrative Functions. Include any or a combination of: liaising with other departments on work flows and other matters; participating in interdepartmental meetings; coordinating transactions with external agencies on behalf of department; formulating and updating departmental procedures; recommending changes to Administration; compiling statistical reports on departmental activity. Administrative Levels Duties First level: As listed above. Second level: Participates in development and monitoring of departmental budget.
Administrative Functions. 1.2.1 Establish and maintain local procedures.
1.2.2 Take action on communications addressed to the Carrier.
1.2.3 Prepare, forward, file and retain for a period specified in the Annex B, messages/reports/statistics/documents and perform other administrative duties in the following areas.
(a) station administration
(b) passenger services
(c) ramp services
(d) load control
(e) flight operations
(f) cargo services
(g) mail services
(h) support services
(i) security (j) aircraft maintenance
Administrative Functions. The Chancellor, as the Chief Executive Officer, shall: (1) review all policies adopted by the Board and make appropriate recommendations to the Board; (2) periodically evaluate or cause to be evaluated all District employees; (3) advise the Board of sources offunds that might be available to implement present or contemplated District programs; (4) endeavor to maintain and improve his professional competence by all available means, including subscription to and reading of appropriate periodicals and membership in appropriate professional associations; (5) establish and maintain positive community, staff and Board relations; (6) serve as liaison to the Board with respect to all matters of employer employee relations and make recommendations to the Board concerning those matters; (7) recommend, to the Board, District goals and objectives; and (8) unless unavoidably detained, attend all regular, special and executive session meetings of the Board.
Administrative Functions. 1. Each party shall cooperate with the other in any litigation or claims against the other party as a result of unlawful acts committed by an inmate(s) performing services under this Contract between the parties.
2. Each party will retain responsibility for its personnel, and its fiscal and general administrative services to support this Contract.
3. Through their designated representatives, the parties shall collaborate on the development of policies and operational procedures for the effective management and operation of this Contract.
Administrative Functions. (a) Subject to Section 20.2, Manager shall perform the following tasks in connection with the Business (collectively, the “Administrative Functions”):
(i) (A) cause the income and other tax returns for the Owner to be prepared and timely filed with the appropriate authorities, and (B) provide to Owner all information available to Manager that is reasonably necessary for Owner or its equityholders to prepare and file all tax returns required to be filed by Owner;
(ii) assist Owner in structuring, negotiating, procuring and administering sources of financing, including debt financing on a secured, unsecured or structured basis and including identifying and arranging the engagement of financial institutions, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel or other parties necessary for the financing of Owner’s assets (provided however that fees and expenses of third parties engaged by Manager hereunder shall be Operating Expenses reimbursable by Owner to Manager);
(iii) maintain Owner’s financial books and records, prepare Owner’s financial statements and prepare and maintain compliance and other reporting required by Owner’s financing arrangements;
(iv) perform administrative and procedural services necessary to reserve and purchase Containers under the Container Purchase Agreement, including coordination and collection of funds among the shareholders of the Owner;
(v) assist the Owner in entering into and monitoring interest rate hedge agreements; and
(vi) arrange for such secretarial, accounting, administrative, financial, technical, research, consulting and legal services (other than legal services which would be an Operating Expense) as the Owner may require from time to time. Nothing contained in this Section 3.2(a) shall be construed as an obligation of the Manager to pay any overhead or other costs, expenses or liabilities of Owner from its own funds.
(b) In consideration of the performance of the Administrative Functions under this Section 3.2, Manager shall be entitled to receive an annual fee in the amount of $100,000. Such fee shall be earned and payable monthly on a pro rata basis.

The Interim Superintendent, as the chief executive officer, shall (1) review all policies adopted by the Board and make appropriate recommendations to the Board; (2) periodically evaluate or cause to be evaluated all District employees as provided by California law and Board policy; (3) advise the Board of all possible sources of funds that might be available to implement present or contemplated District programs;
Administrative Functions. All administrative functions, i.e., management, support staff, office space, telephones, supplies and typing, and any other administrative functions required for the Contractor to carry out the requirements of this Contract shall be provided by the Contractor and are included in the Contract amount.
Administrative Functions. The President, as the chief executive officer of the College, shall: (1) review all policies adopted by the Board and make appropriate recommendations to the District Chancellor; (2) periodically evaluate or cause to be evaluated all College employees; (3) advise the Chancellor of sources of funds that might be available to implement present or contemplated College/District programs; (4) endeavor to maintain and improve her professional competence by all available means, including subscription to and reading of appropriate periodicals and membership in appropriate professional associations; (5) establish and maintain positive community, staff, Chancellor and Board relations;
Administrative Functions. The administration of instruction and business affairs shall be lodged with the Superintendent and administered by her with the assistance of her staff. The duties of the Superintendent as Chief Executive Officer shall include, but not be limited, to the following: • Review, supervise and execute all policies adopted by the Board and make appropriate policy recommendations to the Board; • Assure that all regulations related to the evaluation of District employees are enforced; • Advise the Board about financial and budgetary issues, including sources of funds that might be available to implement present or contemplated District programs; • Assume responsibility for making and maintaining records and reports required by law; • Endeavor to maintain and improve professional competence by all available means, including membership in appropriate professional associations and attendance at professional meetings, as approved by the Board; • Establish and maintain positive community, staff and Board relations; • Recommend to the Board District goals and objectives; • Serve as liaison to the Board with respect to all matters of employer/employee relations and make recommendations to the Board concerning these matters; • Perform such duties as are conferred upon, or delegated to, superintendents under the Education Code of California; • Unless unavoidably detained, attend all regular, special, and closed session meetings of the Board.
