APPENDIX 3 TO THE DPA. Words and phrases defined in the CCPA shall have the same meaning in this Appendix and all other terms shall have the meaning in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Appendix and the Agreement, this Appendix will control but all other terms in the Agreement will otherwise remain in full force.
